"Lindsey is a phenomenal real estate agent who is equal parts quirky and professional. She is LGBTQ+ friendly, poly aware, and wonderfully nerdy - she took the time to understand the niche needs of our unique situation (game room, large master bedroom, needs for reliable internet/electricity) and managed to help the three of us find compromises for things we hadn’t thought about. We started our home search a year in advance in an extremely competitive market - over that time we attended 30+ open houses with agents and independently.

She helped us establish goals and a rough timeline, was patient in our search, never made us feel like we were bothering her, gave us hope during our lost bids, and gave us joy with our final win! Most importantly, she nudged us when we needed it, while being respectful of our space, price, and location parameters.

As a Puget Sound local, Lindsey knows the area well and has great sidebar knowledge about commute, local shops, and food recommendations. Wonderfully communicative, responsive to texts and emails. If she doesn’t know the answer to something, she researches, follows up with her team, and promptly provides an answer.
